Pumpkin Pie Bites, adorable mini treats that have all the homey pumpkin pie feels, mix up in one bowl and are made super easy with @mamasbiscuits Southern Style Biscuit Mix, available online.

1 cup canned pumpkin purée
1⁄2 cup @mamasbiscuits Southern Style Biscuit Mix
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 TB maple syrup
1/2 cup milk (whole or 2%)
1 TB butter, melted
1 1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Whipped cream for serving
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 12 cup muffins tin with paper liners
In a large bowl whisk all ingredients together. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 or until a tester in the center comes out clean. Once cooled to room temperature refrigerate for about 3 hours to overnight. Serve topped with whipped cream.
