SHIPPING POLICY 

Mama’s Biscuits is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

SHIPPING 

WE SHIP NATIONWIDE-US ONLY! Our gourmet biscuits are baked fresh, packaged and shipped frozen. USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground are our preferred carriers for all shipments from Mama Biscuit’s Gourmet Biscuits®. Orders received before Thursday 12 pm EST will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday (depending on holiday shipping schedule).

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Allow 1-3 days for shipping.

Currently we do not ship internationally, but hope to in the near future. Shipping is only available within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any APO is not currently available. We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the continental US only (however, it is your responsibility to track your order, and pick-up within a timely manner the same day it is delivered). Additionally, we will be happy to deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER 

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS 

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Mama Biscuits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
