What you'll learn in this kids cooking class:
Looking for something fun and educational for the kids to do on a Saturday morning? Have a little chef looking to expand his or her skills? Our cooking classes with Chef Tal (Former White House Chef) are your answer for kids’ culinary fun! With the guidance of our team, they will become comfortable working with recipes and cooking seasonal meals geared toward their age group.
In this class kids and teens will learn fundamental skills such as food and kitchen safety, reading and referencing recipes, ingredient identification, and proper measuring techniques. In every class they’ll work with our professional chef to learn true culinary techniques hands-on: knife skills, sauteeing, grilling, boiling, braising, baking, and proper table setting. They will be exploring new world cuisines using fresh and healthy food options to create again at home!

NOTE: To optimize your child’s learning experience, this class is limited to 10 people. Because your child will be standing and actively working throughout the class, we recommend he or she wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. We will supply the aprons and chef hats.
